fantastic stay with superb service
big pool clean pool tasty food spacious apartment
i found the swimming pools big and clean. plenty of loungers were available so i had no trouble relaxing poolside. the food was tasty and the location provided a peace all around. i thought the apartment was very spacious it included many amenities.

cold pool arrival issues
The indoor pool was surprisingly cold. It seemed to get colder each day, a real disappointment. also, there were some minor issues when i arrived, and it required speaking with a manager to get them resolved. she did fix things quickly, but it's frustrating dealing with that at the start of a holiday, you know?!

smooth check in well equipped apartment respectful staff
the check in was smooth. our apartment had everything we needed. the staff members were always respectful. the grounds were well maintained. we found the garage entry and exit easy. dining was well managed with attentive service.
the pool was closed for maintenance . this limited the available recreational options. it would have been good to know this before arrival. i had to adjust my plans accordingly.
